Something must be wanky with the universe right now. Do you know what it is? Mercury is in retrograde. I know it’s not just me, because I’ve been hearing it from others. It’s kind of like when there’s a full moon.
How do you react when things are crazy because of astrology? Here are a few practical ways to keep moving forward.

10:21 If we aren’t careful and we can’t remove ourselves internally, maybe we start to question ourselves. Sometimes you have to rise above it. I’m not a big fan in blaming people, but I do blame Mercury. I could internalize, but instead, how do you reach for that next emotion to externalize it?
12:30 This period of crazy is a good reminder to slow down and give yourself more time. Everything on your to do list that keeps growing is not that important. We all have the same amount of time. It’s what we do with that time and how we intentionally prioritize.
14:06 Backup your files. If you’re sitting down at your computer to work on something important, set up a reminder to do something important. This will save you from having to restore things or rewrite them.
15:45 Create white space and give yourself time to reflect on what is work, what’s not working. You can reflect on how you’re loving yourself and taking the time for things that matter the most. You can ask if you’re going to bed and feeling guilty or if you’re pushing feelings down and ignoring them. I’m giving myself permission to not be perfect. I give myself time to get messy and be human, to make mistakes and be a little chaotic sometimes. This is also a good time to disconnect.
17:46 This is also a good time to detach. Do you lay in bed and look at your phone? We’re always connected to the phone. Our excuse is that we have to do it for work, but what is it doing to you really? It creates a sense of overwhelm and takes you out of the position of control. There’s nothing positive that comes out of that.
21:07 Take a step back and question if the world will crumble if something doesn’t get done. Focus on what you feel like you need to get done. When that’s done to your satisfaction, the move to the next priority.
22:04 Look at the Mercury calendar so that if you’re planning a launch or something but, you know when it’s coming. Avoid big things during this time.
