1:16 It is true. Personal touch, physical touch releases hormones in our bodies which make us happy. It releases oxytocin which is released during breastfeeding, orgasm, get a massage and hobbies like praying or meditating.
2:15 In the last episode I shared a story of one of my f-ups and the day was bad after that. Later that day I gave my husband the look and he knows that it means I need a hug. It felt like ahhh. After that, I was able to suck it up, wipe away my tears and move on.
