Today we’re diving into energy work because it is so important.

When is the last time you had a good cry? I mean, when is the last time you had a really good, ugly kind of cry? And do you do it often? How often do you cry?

We are talking about crying because it’s an important part of energy work.

Listen to the podcast:

Using Energy Work Like Reiki

I have been studying Reiki and it’s opening up wonderful new worlds for me. I’m learning how to go to those deep levels and move energy around.

Uncovering an Avalanche of Emotions

I surrendered to the tears and let them all come up and I cried over everything – everything that I haven’t allowed myself to cry over before.

Following the Flow of the Vibe Scale

I realized after I was done that the huge emotional release started where I was feeling sorry for myself, and moved into giving myself permission to just let it all out. And it was the best feeling ever. It was such a release.

Masculine Energy and Being a Strong Force

What I never really let myself do, at least not enough, is cry over the stuff that is really, really deeply rooted in there. And that would be part of my masculine energy taking over. It’s not often that I let myself just be vulnerable and real with myself, with myself first and foremost, let alone people around me.

How Unbalanced Energy Affects Us

When we don’t acknowledge what’s really going on and our energy is out of balance, things can go wacky in a million ways. It messes with us more than we realize. When we’re out of balance with our masculine and feminine, we get overwhelmed, burnt out, and stressed out.

How Crying Allows You To Balance Energy

When you allow yourself to just cry, you start to really realize what it is that you need to release. You balance your energy by realizing what it is that you need to let go of, and what you need to pay more attention to in your life.

You Have Permission to Cry It Out

If you haven’t done it in a while, this is me, giving you permission to cry it out. Have a really good ugly cry for all the things that you’ve had bottled up for way too long.
