EFT is one of my favorite mindset tools for shifting your mindset from negative to positive—Fast!

If you haven’t done EFT before, it may feel a little weird at first, but trust me. . . work through the awkwardness and you’re gonna learn to love it! Here’s why?

Your body has a network of energy meridians that run through it, which communicate (in emotional code) with your nervous system.  These meridians all have points that, when tapped on, send a signal to your nervous system that everything is okay, soothing your nervous, reducing stress and anxiety and creating a feeling of calm control.  

But here’s where it gets even cooler, as you are tapping on these various points, you’re actually talking out loud to yourself! (I’m notorious for doing this, so it’s not that weird for me 😜 but if you don’t already talk to yourself, this could take a little getting used to).

You’re not just talking to talk, though. You’re processing your emotions by putting the way you’re feeling, in the moment, into words. This takes those jumbled up emotions—the ones that cause stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs—and helps you sort through them. That’s because by putting words to the way you’re feeling, you move away from the emotional center of your brain (the same part that is responsible for the stress response) and into the logical center of your brain (the same part that is responsible for language and communication. 

So what does that mean, exactly? It means that you’re killing two birds with one stone. . . giving your nervous a calming massage and talking yourself through your current emotional problem with logic and objective thought. 

The secret to making this work, is to tap on all of these meridian points while you’re speaking out loud, everything that is on your mind. It’s going to sound like a whole lot of negativity at first, but that’s what it takes to release it. Once you feel like you’ve gotten all the negativity out, you’ll start inviting in more positive thoughts, logical explanations and action steps to move forward out of your funky mood and into a high vibe state of badassery. 

But don’t just take my word for it. Try it for yourself! I’ve recorded a tutorial to teach you how to do this and make it work for you.
