Your words are constantly reinforcing your own beliefs about yourself. If you want to change how you feel about yourself, you have to change your programming. Your brain believes whatever you say and it will adjust your thoughts and feelings to match your words.
So by choosing how you speak about yourself, you can choose how you feel about yourself.

Pay attention to your words today and keep repeating the phrases that match how you want to feel. The more your brain hears you say it, the more it will get on board with creating those feelings within you.
